This is my first post ever. So why not kick things off with a bookish meme?! Becky aka crooksbooks aka the first person who followed me on this page posted a meme on her page. You should check her page and follow her while you’re at it. She seems super friendly!

Reading on the couch or on the bed?
Bed. Or subway. I read to wake up or read to go to sleep. There’s no inbetween for me. LOL
Sweet or Salty snacks while reading?
I don’t eat while reading. BUT if I have to choose, salty snacks all the way. Get me a packet of potato chips and I’m good to go. Or an apple or an orange? I honestly don’t know.
Trilogies or Quartets?
Sometimes more the merrier. But trilogies are the perfect lenghth when it comes to sequels BUT if the author is Leigh Bardugo and the books are about Six of Crows, don’t leave it at a duology and give me everything that you got for them.
First person or Third person POV?
Third person POV. When it’s first person, you can feel more involved in the story but if it’s third person POV, the information is generally more. And I’m all for information when reading a book. LOL
Night or Morning reader?
Morning if I’m not towards the end of a book. Night is there are few pages left. If I finish a book during the day, that usually leads to a book hangover for me. But if it’s night, my brain can cleanse it and I can start a new book the next day.
Libraries or bookstores?
Online bookstores, sadly. I used to always visit university library when I was in school. It was truly the best. I don’t have a local library to go to. Even if there were, I couldn’t go this year.
Books that make you laugh or make you cry?
I love reading Kurt Vonnegut because he makes me laugh or smile. But last year, I read A Little Life by Hanya Yanagihara and I cried so hard. BUT I’d still recommend.
Black or White book covers?
Black because white books tend to get dirty more easily. LOL
Character driven or plot driven?
Again, why don’t we have both? If a story is only character-driven, I get bored. If a story is only plot-driven, then I can’t get dwell into the story as much as I would like to. So, both. Absolutely both.
